Refund and cancellation policy.

This policy explains how Donova handles trial periods, cancellations, refunds and account access after cancellation.
7Trial periodEligible customers can use the trial shown at signup to assess whether Donova suits their call volume, workflows and customer experience requirements before continuing on a paid plan. Any different trial, extended trial or promotional offer must be confirmed in writing or through the signup flow.
MMonthly plansMonthly plan fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started, but customers may cancel future renewals according to their agreement. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise agreed.
AAnnual plansAnnual plans provide discounted year-round coverage. Refunds for annual plans are assessed case by case and may account for time used, onboarding work, discounts, support, custom configuration and any third-party costs already incurred.
CCustom workCustom integrations, white label setup, consulting, migration, onboarding, number handling, recovery work or configuration work is generally non-refundable once delivery has commenced, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
XAfter cancellationAfter cancellation, account access may end and Donova may disable or remove dashboard access, call flows, recordings, transcripts, summaries, integrations and configuration. Customers should export any required information before cancellation or before the end of the billing period.
RRecovery and reactivationCancelled accounts, deleted data, phone numbers, workflows or integrations may not be recoverable. If recovery or reactivation is available, DEVECTUS may charge administration, technical, onboarding, configuration, number procurement, porting or third-party provider fees.
SService issuesIf a verified platform issue materially prevents use of Donova, DEVECTUS may offer a remedy such as support, service credit or partial refund depending on the circumstances, applicable law and the customer’s agreement.
?How to request a refundEmail legal@donova.ai with your business name, account email, invoice details and reason for the request. DEVECTUS will review and respond with the available options.
